Advice on post flush problem

Hi there,
I've just done my third flush but it's been several months between flushes which is not at all ideal. I'd had several attacks, not painful really but with sickness, headaches and exhaustion.
I did my flush last night and got out loads of stones but have a strong pain between my shoulder blades now, feel a bit hot and nauseous too.
I took some apple juice and ACV which helped until I just ate some plain potato, now it's started again. Any ideas?
