Re: Hope I can get some help
And if you look back now do you think that things all went wrong when you took a shot of nandrolone?
Or where things sliding for years and you just kept on going?
If you are the kind of person who puts steroids and then tranquilizers in their body, doesn't that say clearly that you don't look after yourself?
The fit hit the shan on a particular day ... but perhaps it has been creeping up for years.
Now existence has asked you to pay the bill ... and it is a big bill after so many years. And only a big solution will work.
( that's just a suggestion )
Here's what else I notice, you say you eat "low carb organic diet" ... does it include meat? And you say organic, organic what? And why low carb?
Everyone has in any case one possibility of treatment, and that is to become the healthiest human being on the planet. That means instead of looking for "the thing that is wrong", you assume that there are many things wrong and change your life around in every area.
And every day physically emotionally mentally spiritually you improve, and you keep doing that for the rest of your life until there is nothing left to improve.
And instead of sitting there feeling bad, you get up and work.
And when you feel like you want to die, you still get up.
And you work hard to help yourself and your family every day, whether the sun is shining, or the rain is falling.
As for the ileocecal pain, this is of course the cul de sac area of the large intestine; I suggest squatting on the toilet, you can buy a little stool for that, the colon will not work properly unless you squat like our ancestors did, and regular exercise, drinking lots of water. Also these yogic exercises are good :
