Simple rules to follow in breaking a long fast are....
1. Eat something that is most easy to digest. Fruits with high water content.
2. Eat small amounts.
3. Ramp up slowly and eat only when hungry.
4. Drink enough water.
Basically the fast is broken with freshly squeezed orange juice or any citrus fruit. Or water melon. You may even dilute it with water. Then you can add whole fruits for next few days then go on salads without commercial dressings and oils. Continue on a plant based diet for at least the same number of days as your fast. I do 1.5 times days of my fast.
Then you may eat small amount of meats. But I am not the one to talk about meat because I have never eaten meat or dead animals of any type in my life.
