Please help with my OAT test results!

Hey everyone, I'm brand new here and looking for some help in interpreting my Organic Acid Test results I got done from the Great Plains Laboratory.

I have behavioural, social, and verbal problems, as well as digestive (constipation), skin (exfoliative cheilitis) issues, and a sinus infection that I've had for at least 6 years which I don't even know how that's possible lol. I also have an extremely bad memory and constantly feel "brain foggy" (I'm 22).

I've had my digestive problems ever since I can remember, as a little kid, and I slowly got all of these other problems as well.

Now I have a lot of anxiety and Depression because of these issues.

I've done a bit of research myself and from what I've read, a lot of these chemicals are indicators of autism, one of them can mean I have brain damage due to oxidative stress. And it seems a lot, if not all of the markers the test found may have been caused by the Clostridium difficile which seems to be the scariest.

If anyone has any insight into any of these chemicals/what these results could mean, PLEASE let me know. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yeast and Fungal Markers:

Arabinose (high): 72
≤ - 20

Bacterial Markers:

4-Hydroxybenzoic (high): 0.75
0.01 - 0.73

Clostridia Bacterial Markers:

4-Cresol (from C. difficile - high): 57
≤ - 39

Oxalate Metabolites:

Oxalic (high): 109
8.9 - 67

Mitochondrial Markers - Amino Acid Metabolites:

3-Methylglutaric (high): 1.3
0.02 - 0.38

Neurotransmitter Metabolites:

Homovanillic (HVA) (dopamine - high): 3.2
0.39 - 2.2

HVA / VMA Ratio (high): 2.5
0.32 - 1.4

Pyrimidine Metabolites - Folate Metabolism:

Uracil (high): 8.7
≤ - 6.9

Nutritional Markers:

Vitamin C (low): 0
10 - 200

Indicators of Detoxification:

Pyroglutamic (glutathione - high): 29
5.7 - 25

2-Hydroxyhippuric (Aspartame, salicylates, or GI bacteria - high): 0.94
≤ - 0.86

It also showed I was right on the last number before being considered "high" for 3-Hydroxy-3-methylglutaric (CoQ10), and suberic (ketone/fatty acid oxidation).
