Hello. I'm new to the forum, sort of. Ive been reading for months now but rarely post, too busy learning. I have fasted several times years ago. I remember it took me 3 days to not feel icky, bloated, hungry, lots of digestive noise, lol...after day 3, everything cleared, my mind was like new, body felt great, no brain fog, it was almost drug like i remember. I not only water fasted though, i was on water and apple juice. It lasted 2 whole weeks for me. I lost 24 lbs in that time. I did it because i read the Dr. Atkins book and was disgusted with my habits of junk food eating. See if you don't feel better tomorrow. Takes the body a few days to get used to not being fed, it kind of goes in panic mode for a minute. It'll get better. Good luck!
