Yeah I think I'll put Humaworm on hold for now since I'm almost done with Clark's 18 day protocol and I'll just stay on the maintenance dose. You're right about things being expensive when we can just do it ourselves and save money.I'll start off with a small fleet enema and work may way up. I have been having constipation issues but it's slowly getting better. I will definitely try an Epsom Salt bath tomorrow, would you recommend baking soda as well? thanks so much for the advice/info positive mind!! Greatly appreciated Tweet
