SD on face

I am a 52 year old man living in a sunny and warm Central America city. At about 19 years, I developed guttate Psoriasis which at the begging was a strong atack, and had the doctor very confused, as Psoriasis is a rare desease around here, plaque Psoriasis is a bit more seen.

This kind of psoriasis usually goes away in time, but in some people it never goes away, like in my case. Good thing is that now it is very moderate with very few lesions on my body, and I keep them at bay with betametasone creams, boring thing to treat after so many years.

My is skin has always been very difficult as with years I tend to develop some sort of a mild eczema in some areas, but I keep them under control.

About five years ago, I began having some strange red areas on my face, I thought it was psoriasis, as from time to time I get small psoriatic lesions on it. Again the doctor prescribed a medicated cream and I stayed like that for some time. It got better a couple of weeks, and the red sports returned.

Then about three years ago I went though a very stressful time at work, and then I got big red irritated areas on my face, including the forehead, nose, cheeks, chin, upper lip..
