Help Coffee enemas causing colon irritation.

Hello.

I am on gerson therapy. I am trying to do coffee enemas 3x a day, however if i do more then one i get pain in my colon. Irritation feeling like the enema is STRIPPING the mucosal layer.


I will mention i have connective tissue disease that drs dont know what is yet. So my connective tissue is weak.

Should i avoid enemas?

i have colonic inertia.

i tried chamommile tea enema... didnt help........ Tweet
