Re: --ACV for Enemas, not peroxide--
Hello peoples
i did my firs ACV on instinct as i had suffered from severe constipation for months, I invested in a medical grade enema kit and now i have done them all!!!
AVC, Garlic, lemon, Himalayan Pink salt, saline, Probiotic, cocnut oil, coffee!!!! and the list goes on and on....anyways, upon my first ACV enema i did a high enema and released parasites i never knew i had and candida that i never knew i had. I am still working on getting rid of the candida and parasites with great success due to the coffee enema for stool release and ACV for everything else. It is pretty hard going at first but i find that you need to allow yourself to flush out when nature calls and then go back to enema and start refilling again..it becomes easier to retain acv enema after the 3rd time on that session , and i actually dilute it as i go if im having a particularly sensitive session.Acv is alkaline to your body but on impact it is acidic to anything that should not be there!! With every enema taken, please take a good probiotic through mouth or enema so you keep the good guy defending the bad in your gut and intestines....enemas do flush out the good guys too, and also keep on top of your water as one can suffer dehydration badly and low electrolytes which can cause all sorts of not so good feelings.
happy health to you all
