Water fast to treat ovarian cysts/ endometriosis

I started a Water Fast on June 1. Made it easy to track the days. Today is day 9. Ovarian cysts worried me. Their size has not changed in 2 yrs. Doctor said might be endometriosis (tissue that normally lines the inside of your uterus — the endometrium — grows outside your uterus), recommended laparoscopy. I thought I'd try water fast. Want to hear from others who possibly addressed this condition with a water fast.

Days fly by. No complaints. No feeling of hunger. Can cook for my family, sit at the dining room table, no food tempts me. Energy level is good. Continue active gardening and lunch time walking. Only big thing I notice is constant thirst. I can sip water and feel thirst a minute later. So I take another sip. Hopefully kidneys are not overworked.
