Block liver duct

What to do. current i am trying the doctor schultz plan for a liver flush.

A mri shows a giant mass over my liver ducts.
a ercp and attempt to probe show they cant poke thru my right duct but can my left. They put s stent in to relive the januce it was 40 when i went to the er it was 15 when they release me.

DR schulees lgb formula seem to have brought it down even more but didn't clear the blockage. It when they change the stent they couldn't go up the right duct. The surgeon want to do surgery and he tell me we will remove the gall bladder because it not needed. I just need to remove the blockage on the right duct.
Any Ideas?
