Curing Trichomoniasis with Grapefruit Seed Extract

Hi there. I have read that Trichomoniasis can be cured with grapefruit seed extract, but I cannot seem to find any indication of the dosage, or how long this would take to cure using this method. Could someone please advise me on the best course to cure this? I would really much rather use grapefruit seed extract than Antibiotics . Thanks!
