Sinusitis or other causes?

Hi everybody, i'd ask you if the odor cause by a sinusitis, can be smelled by other person?
I explain you everything: 1.
i have suffered of headache for many years, so many that i started to see other person who smelled my bo
2.i smell the same odor everywhere (not at everytime).
Next year it was similar at the odor of my old classroom , and this year is the same situation. On the bus i smell the same disgusting odor. I smell this after i have smoken , or when i drink more alchol
3. Sometimes I smell a fecal odor
Excuse me my english , but I'm Italian with an A2 cambridge certificate .
