Mixing Tinctures in same glass

Hi, at the moment I am taking Goldenseal, Chaka Piedra and Grave Root ... and wondering if I can put them in the same glass add water and drink?

Or will they react with each other?

Do I have to take them separately?

Also take Kefir : do I have to take separately?
