Have you tried Goji berries?.
I read about this at amazon.com while reading about another product. I tried it and it worked for me. Since then I put them in my smoothies.
1/4 cup in 1/2 cup warm water. let them soak for a while. Drink the liquid, then eat the berries.
I mentioned this before, but people never give feedback if they tried it. Worked for me.
