Some sort of filaria/roundworms in nose and eyes

Could anyone suggest what can i use topically for these things in my nose and eyes? Not yet found anything visibly worm like in eyes but i have the black spots in vision and see the filaria in bright light. I am taking DEC and PPZ, ivermectin 2x week. The mucus from my nose cleared up 80% but i thought maybe i could inhale something or wash my nose? My eyes are red and itchy besides the vision issues but on the meds they are much better, although often there are worse and better days. Can i safely add alb or i should confirm first i have no actual worms in eyes? Dont want to get a kill there. Can i wash my nose with any meds or herbs?
Anyone with filarial experience? I greatly appreciate it in advance. Ps. I plan to see an eye doctor as soon as i can.
