Please need help to identify parasite

Hi,

Can anyone please help me identify this parasite? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
400X image. I used trichrome stain. We can also see with Iodine stain. They are in my stool(fecal) sample. I saw lot of them in my sample. length and width change.
Can someone PLEASE look at the pic and let me know if they know what it is? is it parasite? or is it food fiber? or some thing else

My diet consists of Brown rice, eggs, yogurt, ...
