thanks for this article. I've been using turmeric for a bout a week. i don't know if i have candied but I've got wheat sensitivity, think grain sensitivity blah blah.... i upped the turmeric, and it is the only reason i can think of that i have been in pain, felt dreadful since last night. i did have a flu, but used sambucocl, and turmeric, and other home remedies ; like garlic, ginger and chilli etc to kill it. and it worked. tuesday, i went to the gym, cleaned house, walked the dog twice. i ate something called a gratitude bowl for lunch both monday and tuesday, so i know I've been eating well, combined with fruit in the morning, and egg with veg and hash brown dinner. i lost two pounds since yesterday. maybe two pounds of gut bacteria? my stomach has ached white a lot since last night, and I've been freezing a lot of the time! and losing a lot of pee! thanks for this article, most articles i found on turmeric side effects were singing its praises. til i typed "die off" and found this article. thanks.
