rip gallbladder

Well, after spending crap loads of money on organic healthy foods and supplements, I ended up having to get it removed. I got down to 115 lbs, sick and in pain ALL of the time, got to where could hardly eat anything but everything made me sick...

I tried so many herbs and supplements and remedies...but the fact was that I had a large stone in the neck of my gallbladder and it was obstructing the bile flow, so the pressure in my gallbladder just got worse and worse. It got huge. I had a big lump in my side and sometimes would feel it pressing on other organs...I could never get comfortable...I lived in dread and frustration every day.

The surgeon said it was good that I got it out. It was "very distended, very inflamed, obstructed and had hydrops (watery mucous)." It was about to rupture or become infected. They actually had to puncture it to drain the fluid in order to get it out, it was that swollen and tight. I have pictures, they are sort of humorous..because it deflates like a balloon. :^O

Sometimes it just has to go.

I tried:

chanca piedra
stone free
ox bile
lypo gold
digestive enzymes
peppermint oil
Epsom Salts
olive oil
coconut oil
veganism
vegetarianism
whole organic foods
fish oil
turmeric
beet powder
dandelion root
colon cleansing
ginger
sunflower lecithin
magnesium powder
grapefruit seed extract
vitamin C
vitamin D
going gluten and dairy free
taurine
juicing
smoothies
Meditation

There are probably things I forgot.

Moral of the story, herbs and supplements can't heal everything. Listen to your body I guess. I'm glad I got it out, I am four days post op and trying to be positive about the future now. Hopefully I can stop existing and start feeling like I am LIVING again. I was terrified of surgery but it wasn't so bad.

The first night was the worst. Very painful. I have had some pain, discomfort and nausea since but trying to see the light at the tunnel. It's better to have it done on your own terms instead of in the emergency room...Good luck to you all and be careful.
