Supplementing chlorophyll is not enough, you'll need to change your diet and make the bulk of it green veggies. What kind of things do you eat on a daily basis? Many health foods (that are sugary and starchy) can and will actually make your problem worse since you put your digestive system through so much in the past years.
Also, when you do take a supplement of any kind, make sure you can get it in liquid form if you can. Your digestive system is clearly in shambles and pills just aren't potent enough for it. Liquid is much easier digested.
You need to take a break from sugar. You need to focus your diet on green, non starchy vegetables. For instance, have a plate of steamed broccoli for breakfast with a couple glasses of water.
Diet is everything, supplements are just added things that the body will end up getting used to if used in conjunction with an unhealthy,
