I received two packs of Triclosan today from Pestilence 411. I can't tell you how appreciative I am that you continue to post your good results. I have been suffering from what was originally bird mites and now am thinking it's been collembolan for almost 12 months. I am so excited to spend this weekend trying to eliminate this nightmare with something that might actually work. Can you tell me the ratios of water to product that you had the best success with. I don't want to get frustrated not using enough Triclosan, as I have spent literally thousands, moved, sold cars and tried every product on the market with little or no success. If I can find the success you've had I will be shouting on every forum and blog I can find to help others with this horrible nightmare. Thank you in advance. Barbara
