Thanks for all the tips. I totally see what you mean by staying a a low dosage.

I just finished a round of DMSA and decided to include ALA for the first time. 25mg of each. Which seems reasonable. Only thing though is that it's been 2.5 months since Amalgam removal.

The symptoms during the first 2 days were minimal - increased brain fog, random aches on the body, numbness in face, light hade aches. All of that was tolerable. Could really feel the mercury being pulled off the brain.

The third day tho I made a mistake to close my round with 37.5 ALA. Now what I am feeling must be the famous redistribution at the end of rounds.

I got nausea, fever, digestive distress, insomnia, warm feeling in liver area, tremorso and vomited.

Is this redistribution? Not sure if it's normal to feel like that after the last round dosage.
