I got two hemorrhoids and had them removed before I figured out how to prevent them. I occasionally still experience a little swelling and some itching, but nothing like I once had.

As long as I stay on a healthy diet, get plenty of fiber, do enemas or whatever it takes to keep my bowels moving, and keep the pinworms out of my ass, the rrhoids don't bother me very much. If I allow myself to be constipated they come back with a mean vengeance.

I insert herbs and garlic and Clarkia and all kinds of things into my anal sphincter to kill pinworms and eliminate the itching as well. I really think my hemorrhoids are caused by pinworm infection being allowed to flourish out of control.
