Unknown Stool Problem - Identification Help Please

Hello guys, up until about a week ago i have had nothing wrong, and then about a week ago i started noticing my stool had some form of white, paper thin lines hanging off it and a couple times noticed that a little yellowish coloring was in it as well, i have a picture posted below, could anyone help me please? Im rather concerned and do not know what it is, rather it be mucus, worms, candida or any other thing im unaware of?
