Re: Liver Flush completed

Over the past ten years I have probably done dozens of flushes.

The biggest benefits I have noticed are better digestion, a feeling of lightness in the liver area vs heavy feeling and pain in stomach, neck, chest and shoulders at times. More energy and better sleep as well.

If you eat the standard American diet I would say a liver/GB flush every few months would be very helpful to keep your digestion functioning optimally. The liver is responsible for so many major functions in the body so keeping it clean is very important.

From Hulda Clark 's page:

Benefits of Removing Liver / Gallstones

Increased bile excretion
Increased pancreatic enzymatic excretion
Correct absorption of calcium and iron
Proper digestion leading to less bacteria and overall improved health
Proper cholesterol and triglyceride levels
Cleaner venous blood with benefits for the whole circulatory system and therefore to heart, lungs and kidneys
Improved lymphatic function
Removal of bacteria, viruses and mycotoxins in the liver
No allergies
Nicer skin complexion
Pains disappear
A surge of additional energy
