Passing gallstones and constipation

I kept taking sylimarin and dandelion and I passed gallstones. The problem is I became constipated. This happened twice. Right now I am constipated .

What should I do and why this happens? I didn't do a liver flush. I just took 2-3 tbsps of olive oil before bed.
