colon cleanse which one before liver flush As I am so loaded with stool

Because I am always fecally loaded with stool what Colon Cleanse or product should I use day before the Liver Flush to make sure I do not make things worse while Liver Flushing I had x ray at hospital last week and loaded with stool I use senna but I try not use it to much as it makes constipation worse please advice me as I want to get the Liver Flush right Tweet
