Re: Problems after liver flush. Please advise!

I agree with Mike to keep flushing. I experienced quite a pinching pain after one flush (did not use Epsom Salts ) and this was likely a stuck stone because as soon as I did the next flush (with ES), it disappeared immediately.

I just finished Liver Flush #11 and am feeling amazingly better. To get to this point though some observations along the way:

- there will be healing reactions. The body is moving out a lot of new and old toxins. Be gentle on yourself and don't do what I did like try to remove mercury while you do this or start a new probiotic or do any detox within this detox - too much!

- Follow Andreas Moritz 's recommendations to help be gentle on your kidneys and colon as all these toxins get expelled. I did some of the colonics but they are expensive, so I would do a couple before and after coffee enemas which helped flush out toxins. And I found his kidney tea helped as well - over these 11 LF's, I've done 3 kidney flushes.

- someone said on this forum not to get caught up in the healing reaction drama. Good advice, just observe and be gentle and patient. if your symptoms are too much, stop for a few weeks and give your body time to recover. You can also dial it back a bit. I found I personally only need the ES on day one. I don't take them the next morning. For my body weight, that works and I'm still getting a large amount of stones out.

What I am curious to know from others who have completed these... do the stones get lighter and smaller as you get closer to the end? I'm seeing that trend now,
