First day posting on CZ. On day 6 of my first Master cleanse, and Iv tippled the amount of pepper in each lemonade. Trying to drink between 6 and 8 per day, which is becoming harder as all hunger is gone. Will this be productive or will it be best to stick to 1/10th of a teaspoon long term. I'm aiming for 10 days first and may go on to 20 after.
