I would read about all the issues with root canal.
I certainly would never kill a tooth and seal it in my mouth. Many docs believe root canals cause the immune system to wear down over time and then lead to serious sickness-lyme-cancer

Before any dental materials are placed permanently in you jaw you want to do a blood test to see if your are allergic-its cheap-Clifford test is great.

Also with the crown-don't have 2 different metals in jaw. Basic science-two metals in saline solution makes a battery two inches from brain
