Change in rules for testimonials for DSHEA products

Recently, the FDA was defeated in court in regards to "off-label claims".

While this ruling is for a drug company, it completely opens the front door for the protection of First Amendment rights for businesses provided the statements are fair and truthful. This is especially important for the natural and alternative therapy industry.

As a result, our attorneys have relaxed the restrictions on what we can post.

We still are not able to post "cures" or medical claims.
