Forbes attacks pro-organic group 'Moms Across America,' for promoting GMO-labeling through independent billboard campaign

Forbes

(NaturalNews) Why would a media outlet take the time to criticize healthy eating? Why would a media outlet attack positive organizations that promote organic foods and transparency in the marketplace? Why would the media outlet in question – Forbes – attack a great pro-organic organization like Moms Across America? Why did Forbes write a hit article against Moms Across America for simply putting up billboards that encourage families to eat organic fruits and vegetables for better health?

It's because media outlets like Forbes are heavily influenced by the demands of the biotech industry. For this reason, Forbes is
nothing more than a propaganda rag, spewing out the same pro-chemical nonsense we hear time and time again from biotech juggernauts like Monsanto and Syngenta, among others.

It's not a conspiracy that Forbes is a heavily-influenced propaganda outpost, promoting biotech products. It's a blatant reality.
In a recent hit piece from Forbes, the media outlet started lashing out against pro-organic Moms Across America for their billboards that read, "Our Families Get Better When They Eat Organic."

Moms Across America (MAA) has a simple, honest message, and they are adamant about spreading that truth. So, on Earth Day, the organization put the positive message up on 191 billboards in the U.S. as part of a 30 day campaign to increase awareness of what organic, nutritious, whole foods can do to heal the body.

Biotech industry trying to brand pro-organic groups as conspiracy theorists

The biotech industry, which clearly has a stranglehold on Forbes, was able to push through the hit piece, lashing out against MAA's mission. The article stated that Moms Across America "promotes conspiracy theories and bad science disguised as empowered moms fighting for kids' health."

Promoting unadulterated, nutritious whole food, and seeking honest labeling for pesticides, herbicides and GM ingredients, has nothing to do with "promoting conspiracy theories." Moms Across America are simply trying to improve the quality of life for Americans. The only conspiracy going on is within the Forbes media group, which is obviously conspiring to tarnish the image of an organization that's fighting the good fight. On top of that, the fact that the biotech industry spends millions of dollars
lobbying against GMO labeling is evidence enough that a real conspiracy is going on – a conspiracy to keep biotech ingredients unlabeled and secretive in the food supply.

But the secret is coming out, and Moms across
America are a threat to this status quo. They are a threat to the tactics of secrecy that the biotech industry operates under. Moms Across America works to influence Congress to pass GMO labeling laws, so that people of the U.S. will one day be able to tell if the food they're buying is made with genetically modified ingredients. That's not promoting conspiracy theories; that's called wanting transparency in the marketplace.

MAA taking on glyphosate; meets resistance from propaganda rags like Forbes

MAA main goal is "to raise awareness about GMOs and related pesticides and offer GMO Free and Organic solutions," as promised by their director, Zen Honeycutt.

In a news release, Honeycutt said, "Our intention is to reach millions of American consumers and our policy makers. We targeted the capitals of the home states of the Senate Ag and HELP Committed [sic] members, who make the decisions about whether to subsidize
organic or label GMOs. We want them to support health, safety and honest labeling."

Most genetically modified crops are engineered to resist glyphosate, the active ingredient in RoundUp. The EPA grants the biotech industry license to sell and use glyphosate indiscriminately – even though independent scientific studies have concluded that the herbicide is a "probable carcinogen." MAA is doing the right thing, delivering the signatures of tens of thousands of concerned Americans, and calling for the EPA "to revoke the license of glyphosate now."

Apparently propaganda rag Forbes can't handle this harsh reality, and the biotech industry that influences Forbes definitely can't handle the fact that Americans are waking up to the chemical poisoning taking place throughout the food supply.

It is certainly time to go back to organic agriculture and end the cancer epidemic going on in the U.S. right now. Glyphosate's era of initiating disease through dysbiosis of the gut and the microbiome is coming to an end, and it's time for the biotech industry to face it.
