Maybe you can help me with ? I just started the Water Fast 5 days ago. I have to have spinal Fusion Surgery in a month. Do you know if I need to stop and start back after the surgery? I have a pre op check in 3 weeks. I must have the surgery. Thanks for any help or direction.
