IUD AND TRANSVERSE MYELITIS, autoimmune disease

Hello all. I'm a 35 year old, supremely physically active, exercised 4-5 times a week and have the iud Skyla in since I have not had a child before. I developed transverse meyelitis 2 months ago and was temporarily paralyzed unit I was started on steroids. Have any of you developed multiple sclerosis or tranverse myelitis with an iud in place? Everything (labs, mris, ct) came back negative except for my Ana level. I'm still numb from the waist down but am walking a lot better. Please let me know!
