Gallbladder Design, Exercise

How does the gallbladder normally clean itself?

Recently I have been feeling that the gallbladder is like a hidden boobytrap in the body just waiting to get jammed up.

But that can't be right, it must normally clean itself ... how ?

What is the root cause of all these gallbladder problems ?

Is it lack of exercise ? Too much fatty food ? Tension in the body closing it up ?

I have been wondering about doing some shaking exercise to shake things out of it. Or to do some relaxation aimed at that part of the body so that it opens up ... I often notice that area is tense, and also that when I sit I crunch the right side up a bit.

???
