Good post.
Recently someone I know took antiobiotics and his lips stared peeling but within a week after stopping Antibiotics , his lips are back to normal .So I believe that EC is caused by bad gut flora.
I was on Antibiotics and accutane at the same time when I got EC . The Antibiotics killed good bacteria and acctane caused extreme dryness and both resulted in EC. My dermatologist told me that the trace of accutane in the body goes away after 3 months so the only thing that needs to be balanced is the gut flora.
