I tried melatonin for a couple of nights but it didn't do much, although I didn't tamper with the dosage too much. I have read though that repeated use of melatonin can reduce natural melatonin production.
I take 400mg of magnesium a night. The thing is before this ever started I wasn't taking any of the mentioned supplements and was fine with my sleep.
I didn't eat any cilantro on the trip.
I have heard of Liver Flushes etc but never considered it being an issue. I am wondering what type of flush and what resources I should be looking into.
