Re: DIY jump to page

Is there a tutorial on how to navigate this site? Are there certain devices that this site should not be viewed on? I'm on a galaxy note 3 and all the pages are cropped and page jitters up and down like it's freaking out. I can't find anything on this site. How is place organized? Or is it organized at all? It's so hard to understand. Why is this site like this? Is there a point to make it very confusing? I just don't get it. I mean of all the sites I've seen in decades of browsing I've never come across a site that is as nearly as confusing as this place. If there a video or a link to help make sense of this?
