Four Liver Flushes Later, Severe ear infection relentless

Hello. My wife has had chronic ear infections since she was a baby. Her ears are in constant pain. She is 26. She has been a vegetarian for several years, and a vegan for about three years. She has done four Liver Cleanses (following Andreas Moritz ' protcol to the T), doesn't drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes. We have done scores of ear candles, about 24 a month for the last year or so, and it still hasn't gone away. We are exasperated.
She didn't pass many Gallstones the last time, so she thinks it's not due to bad digestion, but the infection is mainly from her ear.
She also had ear tubes and lots of Antibiotics as a kid which made it worse.
She also tried a water syringe to flush out her ear a few months ago, and it made it worse. The water got stuck in her ear. She is now afraid to put oil hydrogen peroxide, or any liquid into her ears.
Have you had any success with curing severe chronic ear infections?
