What is your diet anyway ?
If you are eating steak 3 times a day and then
juicing it's not a good combo.
Juicing of fruit is quite aggressive and increases energy ... but this is not very good if you have a bad diet and weakness.
In that case it might be better to calm your diet down, for instance in the evening just eating boiled rice or lentil soup, something quite calming.
Instead of fruit juicing, you can have smoothies which are half way, like banana papaya berry. It's not citrus so it's not so exciting for the boy.
Another half way option good in winter is smoothies with oats, banana strawberry oats. Blend it up and stick it on the stove like a porridge. It clears you out but is not energy activating like fruits.
Basically if you are on the SAD and hyper, the last thing you need is more hyper activity from
juicing ... better to calm it all down.
