Haha, you remind me of myself when I first did the flush. I think what made me gag was the type of Sea Salt I was using and the temperature I was drinking it in. If you are using white Sea Salt , you should know that there are better tasting Sea Salt s out there. Many of the experienced MCers recommend grey celtic sea salt. I haven't found that one, but I use a salt by the name of "Redmond's Real Salt." In 2004, it won the best taste award by the American Culinary Institute. It makes the experience pleasant, and it doesn't leave an after taste. Check it out at www.realsalt.com
I also mix the sea salt with cold water, instead of warm water. That makes a world of difference for me. Good luck.
