Hey there, I am also starting the mc anew after a failed attempt. Saturday I took the laxative tea, and I will do the swf in a few minutes. I think we should share our progress with one another, and that way we have to be accountable to another person. We both know what it feels like to give into the urge to eat. You may feel good for a second, but then you feel very disappointed in yourself. Giving into the urge to eat is not about hunger, it is about sabotage. We are strong, so let's make better choices.
