Choosing the Best for a Medical Clinic

I'm with a friend who is starting her own medical clinic. She is currently asking me about the different electronic medical services that are known to most health professionals these days. Perhaps, its because I used to work at the hospital. Anyway, that was years ago and I don't even remember if this new system has been used by physicians before. By the way,to make it short, we just want to hear your verdict about web based software services providers that are worth their price. My friend and I would want to know the vendors differences.
