I'm not allowed to include links here but if you Google these names you will find two seed suppliers in Australia that seem well versed in this. bodyplantsaus Beautanicals Australian Gardening Shop I have used "beautanicals" and found them to be very reliable, but "bodyplantsaus" state they ship to Singapore on their website and they seem to only deal with this herb so they might have more info on growing the plants in Singapore.
