kinda feel like giving up and going with steroid creams for my scalp.

ive had it with this stupid disease.

i dont have the energy or the patience to watch everything i f'in eat and i dont have the time to scratch my head all f'in day.

if i use steroid cream for 3 days, once a day, my scalp is back to normal. it stays normal for several days after that like around 3 weeks.

i think im gonna use the cream once a week to keep things at bay. i think using it once a week won't be causing damage to be honest...

anyone else out there contains their scalp SD with steroid creams?
