Mirena, Thyroid, and Zoloft

I am on Mirena for birth control, Zoloft for ppd & Levothyroxine for low thyroid. I am extremley fatigued and very weak. My thyroid levels were low last I got checked, two weeks ago. It is the mirena or zoloft causing this? I know just want to get off of them... I'm so overwhelmed I can't even move to take care of my baby. It's not depression, I just don't have any energy... I slipped off of the couch trying to get to him. Tweet
