This is entirely typical of how far these greedy pharmaceutical companies and cancer doctors will go to protect their pockets.

Someone, someday needs to straighten the FDA out, and also make 

the pharmaceutical companies pay for legitimate trials of products that have been shown to be better than the protocols they are killing people with, instead of taking the better protocols to court suing them.

Also having their own protocols, and drugs tested by scientist that aren't a part of the Pharmaceutical and FDA mafia to make sure their own drugs, and protocols are safe before turning them loose on the public.
