H. Pylori antibiotic regimen

Hi. After a hellish last 5 years, I was diagnosed today with Lyme, H.Pylori. and EBV. They want to start me on a regimen of Antibiotics for the H.Pylori, But my gut is so compromised and my food intolerances are rididculous( from both EBV and H.Pylori) I am afraid to take them because of the ingredients in the medications themselves...Does anyone have any advice? Should I wait to see my G.I. so I can survey the extent of the damge first? I am so sick of dealing this...does anyone have experience with this? Tweet
