Its not in your head, I have the same issues the warm, wet anal feeling, people sniffing me. What I think it is as far as people/family not being able to smell you is that ur more comfortable around family so u dont stress or feel uncomfortable so the odor isn't as strong. I have a question, when u have a bowel movement do u have to wipe yourself several times before u are clean & then do u have to rewipe an hour or so later? This is my issue. We have several things in common. I thought I had TMAU but know I dont know. Tweet
