Yes My diet was bad! now getting into eating the right food and not looking at a computer all day.

yes I do have some headaches and fatigue but kind of feels like it's from the food I'm still eating and it just leads to the hangover feeling.

it could be lyme disease or it might not be.... I'm from Australia and it is a bit rare to get it here.


today I'm doing the end of the Liver Flush so will let you guys know how I went, I'm on day 6 of drinking apple juice.
